Engineered a hybrid deep learning architecture integrating an LSTM predictive module with a Double Deep Q-Network (DDQN) routing agent. The proposed framework shifted SDN from reactive to proactive, yielding a 34.2% improvement in end-to-end delay and reducing packet loss by 28.5% during traffic micro-bursts.
